Sandy Hawkes has lived in the Raleigh area for twenty-six years, transitioning from Chicago, IL in February, 1991. Having raised four sons in the Raleigh area, Sandy has been involved with varied activities and has developed many strong relationships in the community as a result.
Sandy’s associations include being a member of Crossroads Fellowship, Music Instructor and Accompanist at North Raleigh Christian Academy, Music Director at Union Chapel Baptist Church, and a soccer mom for many years.
Sandy’s business resume includes licensure and/or certification as a NC Real Estate Licensure as a Broker/REALTOR, Financial Advisor (Series 7 and 63), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Budget Coach, NC Insurance Licenses in Life, Health, Long Term Care and Supplemental, with experience in retail sales and management.
In working as a Seller and/or Buyer agent, Sandy brings to bear all of these elements of her character and personality as she works with clients to meet their objectives in establishing a home or making life style changes involving real estate.
